Tim Chin

Co-Founder, President and CEO

Tim is responsible for strategic direction and general management, and is directly involved in customer acquisition and product development.

Tim’s 25 years experience in the Internet and technology industry includes executive roles at Bargain Network, where he was a principal contributor to that company’s sale in 2004. Earlier he held senior roles at Dynamics Direct and United Online, and with computer system companies Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems and NEC.

Tim earned his B.S., Computer Engineering at Case Western University with Highest Honors.

Ryan Fell

Co-Founder, COO

Ryan heads the company’s operations, leveraging his 20 years experience in areas of business development, customer service, finance, operations and human resources.

Prior to founding Nations Info, he served as Vice President, Member Services at Bargain Network. Earlier, he was an Associate at Santa Barbara Technology Group, a seed stage venture financing firm. He also held leadership positions at Kinko’s Corp.

Ryan earned his MBA from the Marshall School at U.S.C. and his B.A. from Univ. of California, Santa Barbara.

Henry Kim

Chief Marketing Officer

Henry has been with the company since 2010 and is responsible for Nations Info’s customer acquisition, revenue and gross profit.
Prior to Nations Info, Henry was SVP, Business Development at United Online, the parent company of NetZero, Juno, Classmates, FTD and MyPoints.
Henry attended The Wharton School’s MBA program and earned Bachelor’s Degrees from University of California, Irvine, studying Computer Science and Music.

Raj Rajagopal

CTO

Raj joined Nations Info in 2018 and leads product management, engineering, technology operations and IT.
Raj’s 26 years’ experience includes roles in technology leadership and technical strategy at Intuit, LogmeIn, Citrix and Union Pacific Railroad.
Raj earned his Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and Bachelor of Engineering from Annamalai University.

Jerome Ang

Sr Vice President, Product/Project Mgt

Nations Info welcomed Jerome in 2010. His team manages our real estate and credit information products, and supports the company’s billing, email, SEO and data analysis.

His background includes experience in equity research and financial consulting with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Jerome earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.A. Economics, with honors and B.S. Business from California State University, Channel Islands.

Tatiana Khmelevskaia

Vice President, BI/Finance

With Nations Info since 2006, Tatiana leads our Business Intelligence and Finance teams. The Business Intelligence team provides all business performance data and analysis. In Finance, she oversees accounting practices, budget plans, forecasting, risk management and financial analytics.

Earlier, she was a financial analyst for Dole Food Company and Countrywide.

She earned a M.S., Management Information Systems from Siberian State Industrial University and a M.S., Accounting from Kemerovo State University.

Charles Fu

Vice President, Technology

At Nations Info since 2008, Charles is responsible for IT operations, leveraging over twenty years experience in software design, development, and management.

Charles was previously Executive Director of Product Development at Zag.com. He also architected the Java/Windows/GIS integration for NATO’s Air Command and Control System and wrote an early Java application server used at Disney, United Online, and PeopleSoft.

Charles earned his B.S. in Mathematics.at Caltech, where he taught upper division and graduate applied mathematics.

Steven Elliott

Vice President, Engineering

Steven joined Nations Info in 2012 and is responsible for the architecture and development of our advanced applications supporting revenue generation.

Steven brings over 12 years experience directly leading software development, architecture and engineering efforts focusing on high volume SAAS applications. His experience includes CTO at UpSellit.com, developing automated chat using artificial intelligence. He also held leadership roles at Countrywide Home Loans and TouchCommerce.com.

Steven earned his B.S., Computer Science from California Lutheran University.

Peter Ranck

Vice President, Marketing

Having joined the company in 2010, Peter manages marketing operations focused on customer acquisition through external partnerships, from multiple online channels.

His career includes management roles with Packard Bell Electronics, Fed Ex Office and DoveBid.

Peter earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.A., Economics with honors, from Coe College.

Beth Uhrig

Vice President, Human Resources

Beth joined Nations Info in 2007 and leads our Human Resources and Recruiting efforts.  With a passion for people, she promotes the company culture and provides support to NIC’s most valuable asset… our employees.

She formerly served on the executive team at Neovia, leading the Client Advocate Department and volunteers at her children’s school, by serving on the PTA, holding several positions throughout the past 9 years, including PTA President.

Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
